EXCELLENT Based on 105 reviews Posted on Samantha DeJesusTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had a wonderful experience with Foreign Aid, thanks to Christopher. Christopher was kind, patient, and extremely helpful throughout the entire process. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure all my questions were answered. It’s rare to meet someone who truly cares about helping others the way he does. His professionalism and compassion made a stressful situation much easier and more positive. I’m very grateful for his support and highly recommend Foreign Aid—especially if you have the chance to work with Christopher!Posted on Gerri LeventhalTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I was taken back by how incredible nasty this place is . Maybe its time to retire- one star is too much!Posted on Sean FrechetteTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. My recommendation is to get a detailed estimate before they do any work. Brought my car in for a service and got a $900 inspection that was never discussed. In the end the work was about $1200 more than I expected -- no call, no warning. I'm sure the work was done well as I know people who go here and like the service but I left feeling ripped off. Buyer beware.Posted on Emily EldridgeTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Kirk and his team at Foreign Aide are the real deal: a professional mechanic shop, not a tire guy that also does repairs. Kirk’s shop is clean and organized. He works by appointment, diagnoses issues carefully, and follows a “first, do no harm” approach – never jumping to unnecessary replacements. I’ve been a loyal customer for over 25 years.* We’ve not only relied on Kirk’s expertise for repairs and maintenance but he’s also helped us buy and sell 4 cars, always offering excellent care and thoughtful advice. For anything car related – tires, oil changes or major work, see Kirk at Foreign Aide. He’s a pro. (*full disclosure: I strayed once. Don’t make my mistake. Enough said. Kirk is your guy.)Posted on Christopher AcevedoTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Outstanding Repair Shop, Professional Service, Great Technician, state of the Art Facility and Equipment. Over all the repair was done right the first time as promised. I Definitely referred all Friends and Family to FOREIGN AID AUTOMOTIVE REPAIRS AND SALES!Posted on Michael VillellaTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Update - just had to add to this review. Brought our Honda in recently for regular servicing. Kirk mentioned he noticed that part of the display was dimming out and showing odd characters. I mentioned it happened in the cold weather and that it seemed to be a known issue with badly soldered connections and that Honda wanted over $2000 to replace the entire display with no guarantee the new one wouldn’t end up having the same issues over time. Kirk and his guys took the time to research the issue online and mentioned they could take a shot at removing the dash and re soldering the connections on the back to see if it would work as a fix. Long story short. It worked. The dash is perfect. And the best part? $145. That’s right. $145 vs the $2000 plus Honda wanted. Keep it in mind next time you consider bringing your car back to the dealer. It’s been a while since we’ve been to Foreign Aid. There have been some employee and ownership changes since I believe. But they really haven’t missed a step. Still one of the only, Maybe the only., Place I truly trust to honestly service my car.Posted on JLTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Foreign Aid did a great job repairing my Volkswagen Beetle. I was experiencing a difficult-do-diagnose engine problem but Kirk and the mechanics didn't give up. They found the issue, gave us a loaner car while they performed the work and followed up by telephone to make sure all was well. I appreciate their fine service!Posted on Frank ZengTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. This kind of LAZY and ARROGANT in-town body shop should really go out of business. Proximity is its only advantage. But it only takes you 10 minutes drive to find a better body shop along US 46 that is way FASTER and CHEAPER!Posted on Stuart GrayTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. The absolute best. Kirk is an honest mechanic who has helped me in a jam multiple times. I'm a customer for life.Verified by TrustindexTrustindex verified badge is the Universal Symbol of Trust.
